After months of creating chaos in the world economies by his constantly shifting-mind, on what he thought appropriate tariffs should be on various countries trading with the US, Trump has decided which country should be paying what in terms of trade tariffs.

Day after day, alone on the hill, America as a shining city dims and distorts, no longer able to give the world the light of enlightenment, of freedom, of justice, of equality and of fair play.
